Previous Eco-Archaeological Bio-reserve, Cuba

Riu Luna Y Mares [Moon & See] Resort is located on the beautiful Playa Esmeralda, on the north shore, some 60Km from the city of Holguin, in the province of the same name, in Cuba.

This is our 9th visit to Cuba [go back to the list of all of the squares in our collection if you are interested], and second visit to this resort.

It is now our habit to try to find a social space, somewhat resempling public plaza, in the resort and include it in our collection. This was the best that we can find. It is having a very good restaiurant in the circular structure and the beach bar.

Much better one was found in 2019 in the resort on Playa Pesquero.

Best part by far is that it is overlooking Playa Esmeralda and open ocean beyond.
