Chester Hill Lookout, Toronto[for full experience open in full screen]

  Previous Brick Works Park, Toronto

We are quite often wondering, drifting, observing, exploring [psychogeography] around various parts of Toronto, so this time we stumbled on this very special public spot. Almost an urban square but without possibility to sit and relax.

Of course this activities are continuous so expects more discoveries here.

It is located up on the hill, overlooking whole downtown of Toronto. It is deliberately hidden, being in the residential area obviously not very enthusiastic for large number of visitors. Even parking is almost impossible for more that two cars.

Zodiac Compass created by sidewalk artist Victor Fraser in September 2015 is one more very noticeable part of this urban space.

Still the experience is worth the effort to find it. Few photos bellow and map of the area might give you more idea where it is and what this is all about. In the same walk we also visited a Brick Work Park clearly visible from this lookout.

Similar experience we observed in Lisbon well known for multiple miradors [lookouts], check it out.

Next Passo di Gavia – elevation 2.621 m
