Atractions on and around the Pier 39 are so numerous that just listing them will turn this text to an advertisement.

Most popular and busiest part is Carousel and space around it is forming this plaza. Space around carousels is special kind of urban square. We prepared page dedicated to those visited in numerous places around the world.

Unfortunately just getting to this one, especially in the busy tourist season, is not very pleasant. Huge crowds are coming here the watch sea lions, their population increasing to 900 during winter months, in this protected marina environment.

Just loins, nicknamed "Sea Lebrities" would be enough to attract great number of visitors.

Numerous other attractions like Bay cruises, visits to Alcatraz or Aquarium of the Bay hosting the marine life of the San Francisco Bay are making longer stay here almost unbearable.
