Plaça del Pi, Plaçeta del Pi and several other public spaces are surrounding the church Santa Maria del Pino. This church is one of the finest example of Catalan gothic architecture [late 1200].

Today plaça is with numerous very popular and really good tapas bars and cafes. it is relatively secluded form the nearby crowded Las Ramblas, with intact medieval atmosphere and Sunday farmers market.

It is also accommodating our favourite cafe in Barcelona Salo de Te [cafe only for you!].
