When we are stuck in one place, like we are still after 19 months of Covid19 isolation and restrictions, we are looking for pedestrian space around us, in our proximity.
This plaza is located just few meters north of Berzy Park, one of the most popular urban spaces in historic part of downtown Toronto, both for people shopping or living nearby and for numerous homeless people frequented in the area.
We are not competing for the space there, on this side usually only art enthusiasts are enjoying company of the U.V. Ceti monument, created by Andrew Rosa in memory of architect Edward Isaac Richmond, "kind man who shared his love for beauty".
So I am naming this space U.V. Ceti Plaza. OK?
In case you were wondering what is U. V. Ceti.
"Some of these stars belong to the spectacular class of variables known as the flare stars or the UV Ceti variables. Fact that such small, unassuming stars can suddenly undergo incredibly energetic events make the flare stars one of the more intriguing targets for variable star observers".
